Why do you give away 10 free licenses of OfficeTimesheets?
We know that if you use our product you’ll benefit from it, and you’ll want to buy more licenses.

Are the next 10 licenses of Office Timesheets double the cost to make up for giving away the first 10 for free?
No. Our starting price point is $100 per user, with price breaks as your license count gets higher.

Why can’t I get 10 free licenses with the Office Timesheets On Demand Service?
Quite simply, each on demand user costs us a certain amount of money to maintain each month, and we must re-coup those costs. However, you can try the On Demand Service for Office Timesheets free for 30 days.

Who is this product for?
Office Timesheets self-install version, while simple to install, requires Microsoft's Inernet Information Server (IIS) configured with ASP.NET. Office Timesheets also requires Microsoft SQL Server to store its data as well (yes, you can use Office Timesheets with SQL Express Edition). Thus, some technical knowledge is required to install Office Timesheets. Therefore, if you do not have any staff members with at least some basic knowledge of IIS and/or SQL Server, Office Timesheets' self-install version is probably not the best option for your organization. If this is the case, we highly recommend you try Office Timesheets On Demand service whereby Office Timesheets is hosted on our servers and no installation is required.

Are there any other costs involved?
You may elect to buy a support & maintenance contract for $200 per year. This would give you free support and future product upgrades for as long as your maintenance stays current. But, this is not required. However, if you plan to truly use it we highly recommend it.
