access to the Office Timesheets Online Knowledge Base
Your first line of support should be to search our knowledge base for detailed articles,
troubleshooting, and issue resolution instructions. Access to the online knowledge
base is free to all Office Timesheets users. We highly recommend that before contacting
technical support or entering a trouble ticket, that you search the knowledge base.
Chances are your question has already been answered or your issue has already been
resolved.
- Maintenance
Support Center
If you've searched our knowledge base and you still require technical assistance,
then you will need to log into the Maintenance Support Center and create an online
support ticket. The Maintenance Support Center is only accessible to Free Trial Users
and Maintenance & Upgrade Protection Plan subscribers.
If you are unsure whether or not you are a Maintenance Plan subscriber, you may
create an online support ticket and our support staff will notify you of your status.
