Lookout Software release of minor upgrade for Office Timesheets, Version 7.2.0.0

DALLAS, Texas, USA (November 13, 2019) – Lookout Software announces the release of Office Timesheets Version 7.2.0.0 which include powerful new features for both Office Timesheets Core and Time Billing Editions.

Office Timesheets Version 7.2.0.0 new features include but are not limited to:

  • All-New Microsoft Project Integration syncing directly with Microsoft Project .mpp file
  • Upgraded QuickBooks Desktop Integration which now includes expense and invoice (require billing module) syncing
  • Added Entry Rule Option "Time entries for this task are not working hours" to Mass Update
  • Employee Group dialog to included added support to selected which managers can approve timesheets, and which managers receive email notifications
  • Added task rate security control
The most significant enhancement in Office Timesheets 7.2.0.0 is the all-new Microsoft Project Link for use with Office Timesheets. Users that have upgraded to Office Timesheets 7.2.0.0 or higher may download the free Microsoft Project Link for use with Office Timesheets app, which enables two-way synchronization between Office Timesheets and Microsoft Project .mpp files. Included in the Microsoft Project Link for use with Office Timesheets app is comprehensive data mapping, which can be unique to each Microsoft Project file; along with options to sync data between Office Timesheets and one Microsoft Project plan at a time, or all your mapped Microsoft Project files at once with the press of a single button.

Office Timesheets 7.2.0.0 also includes a significantly updated QuickBooks Link for use with Office Timesheets. The updated QuickBooks link now includes options for syncing expenses as well as invoices (requires Office Timesheets Time Billing Module) from Office Timesheets.

Apart from updates to popular sync apps, Office Timesheets 7.2.0.0 now has added support for choosing which employee managers can approve timesheets and/or receive timesheet notifications about employee timesheets; along with task rate security control.
