Lookout Software release of major upgrade for Office Timesheets Version 6.6.1.35

DALLAS, Texas, USA (January 30, 2019) – Lookout Software LLC, a global leader in business productivity software application development, announced today that it will release Office Timesheets Version 6.6.1.35 on January 30, 2019. This release contains fixes, enhancements and new features.

Some of Version 6.6.1.35’s enhancements and new features include:

  • Submit sub-set of days in the Expense Sheet view. This feature add a new “Approved Process” icon to the Expenses view. When click on this icon the user can choose the “From” and “To” date in which to submit for approval.
  • Transaction Detail Reports - create a new report from an existing report template.
  • Summary Reports Display the name of the template loaded - now when a summary report is created, its template name appears on the screen.
  • Summary Reports to use Element list "SHOW AS" settings in report output - Summary Reports will not show the field you have set in your Element List under “SHOW AS”. Example, if you Element list “SHOW AS” is set to “Abbreviation” then the Summary Report tool will display the Abbreviation of selected Element Items in the Summary Report Viewer.
  • Summary Reports export default name value - the default name value of Summary Reports file is now defaulted to the name of the summary report template.
  • Additional TIME ENTRIES table and TASK TABLE fields to respective Transaction Detail Reports sections - many additional new fields have been added to Transaction Detail Reports which are now available for selection in Time Entries and Task field selections.
  • Add "Print Timesheets" option in Security Policy -> Interface -> Timesheet -> Task.
  • Text in timesheet status bar now bold - text in the timesheet status bar is now bold to help highlight the timesheet status (DUE, NOT DUE, SUBMITTED, APPROVED, REJECTED, ETC.) more quickly for timesheet users.
  • Manager Approval Sort By function in Manager Approval dialog.
  • Enter From and To date directly from View Criteria Screen of Detail Reports.
  • Manager Approval dialog opens to dates in active timesheet view of user.
